This course can be taken at the pace that feels right for your family. Some families have decided to finish all of the modules in a single 2-3 hour sitting, while other families complete the course a few modules at a time over the course of days or weeks. You truly get to decide what feels right and most feasible for your family! We offer 30 Day Access for families who wish to take the course within a shorter timeline, and Unlimited Access for families who wish to take the course over a longer period of time or who'd like to refer back to it again into the future.

Definitely! We’ve had many participants that are a bit younger or a bit older than the 8-12 ages. The content and activities may feel more or less relevant based on a child’s age or current experiences, so we encourage parents and caregivers to allow their young people to participate in whatever ways feel right to their child as the course unfolds.

We offer two access options: 30 Day and Unlimited. 30 Day Access is great if you plan to take the course soon after purchasing, and if you don't foresee wanting to revisit the content after 30 days. Unlimited is great for families who want more time to access and revisit the content. Our virtual workshop version of Growing Into You!™ is an opportunity for families to learn puberty education live, alongside other families. It is two hours in length, which means we are not able to include all of the same content elements as we are able to with the self-paced course. The live workshop is great for families who like to engage with others while learning or who desire real-time access to an educator, to help answer questions that come up in the session. The self-paced course is perfect for families who prefer to go at their own pace, and who desire access to a more robust catalogue of puberty education and resources of which they can refer back to as needed. We facilitate one live session each month, with limited registration spots that sell out quickly, so many families find the self-paced course a surefire way to get the education their family is seeking.
